This article explains how account access currently works in Trendos and outlines the recommended approach for team collaboration.


Individual Login

At this time, Trendos supports login via a single email address per account.

Each subscription is tied to one login credential, meaning:

  • Only one email can be used to access the workspace

  • There is no built-in multi-user or role-based access yet


Sharing Access with Your Team

If multiple team members (e.g., SEO specialists, brand managers, analysts) need access to the same workspace, we recommend the following interim solution:

Recommended Setup

Create a dedicated shared email account for your organization, such as:

Use this shared email address when setting up your Trendos account.

This ensures:

  • Centralized access

  • Continuity if team members change

  • No disruption to reporting workflows


Important Considerations

Before implementing shared access, ensure:

  • Password management follows your company’s internal security policies

  • Access is limited to authorized team members

  • Credentials are stored securely using your organization’s password manager
